Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate. Orders typically take 7-14 business days. Additional delays may occur during the months of November - February due to the heavy load on postal services and customs. We appreciate your patience as your package leaves the warehouse in United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan or Malaysia by air, clears customs in your country, and is delivered to your address.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless we made an error. Please make your selections carefully. In case of exchange, replacements whenever possible will only be dispatched upon receipt of the original faulty item, within 72 business hours. In case of refund, the method of the refund will be based on your original method of payment. If the original customer payment was made by credit card, then a refund on the same credit card should be given. If original payment was by bank transfer, then a refund of bank transfer will be given. Please allow up to 1 week for your refund to be posted.
Claims
In case of your order did not arrived within 21 business days from shipment date, please notify us and we will file an inquiry with the postal service. Please allow sufficient time for the item to be delivered before initiating an inquiry. Please allow 1 week for us to get back to you after your initial claimed.
In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately. Please keep all packaging materials after notifying us.
